We are more or less always looking for people who, like us, are serious deep down (very deep down!) but don’t take themselves too seriously.
Fundamental values are: education, cleanliness, motivation, passion, and knowledge of English.
Also important are: teamwork skills and the ability to work independently, always having new and proactive ideas, but also the desire to confront different points of view.
In short: we want people who GROOVE!
Of course, if you don’t mind useless plastic, have an open mind towards people with different dietary choices than yours, and appreciate bad jokes, we also offer you a beer at the interview.
We consider everything: experienced and less experienced people, with more or less available time.
