Opened in 2025 in the most iconic square of Tortona, it has become our go-to spot whenever the craving for pizza becomes impossible to resist.
We’re trying to create a dream pizza in the heart of Dertonashire. It’s a challenge we’re trying to win with the usual ingredients: passion for simple but quality food in an authentic and sincere environment… naturally without ever taking ourselves too seriously!
But Groove Pizza is not just about food — it’s also a community project. We want to be like a large village square, lived and enjoyed by all ages, at any time of the day.
Here you find a light, slow tempo. You’ll find a passion for dough and fermentation. And strong bonds.
What’s on the Menu
Contemporary pizzas, leavened for two days and topped in either classic or creative ways. We like them with an important crust, overflowing with everything, but also digestible. Some fillings are seasonal, others with local ingredients.
We also have a thin and crispy dough — we like to call it C-Rock.
To end on a high note, we came up with something special: to spare you the agony of choice, our one and only dessert is a tasting of sweets lovingly handmade by our hands.
What to drink
In the county of #Derthonashire, wine practically flows from the taps, and it is spectacular. Could we not have an out-of-this-world, all-local selection?
And when it comes to beer, we don’t mess around in this joy-filled land: we offer three lines of craft beers on tap, plus countless bottles, including our own blanche in collaboration with Birrificio della Granda.
As for after-dinner liqueurs, we have them shipped from Genoa, because we simply can’t give up Amaro Camatti.

EVOLVED DOUGH
The Neapolitan pizza that took a leap forward. And it shows.
Welcome to the evolution of the round pizza: the Tonda EVO. A high, fluffy crust just like tradition dictates, but with a dough that has traveled through time — lighter, more digestible, cooler. One bite, and you’ll wonder: where have you been all this time?
C-ROCK DOUGH
Thin, crispy… and with more character than some exes. This isn’t your usual pizza — it’s the C-Rock, a flavor-packed bomb rolled paper-thin, as crunchy as the jokes from that aunt who never makes anyone laugh, and as light as the promises made in a nightclub. It’s the pizza for those with appetite, style, and zero patience for compromise. The C-Rock — the thinnest of them all, but with a seriously bold soul.
Indoor tables
There aren’t many seats. An intimate, colorful interior with a rock ’n’ roll soul.
Outdoor tables
Outside, there’s also a covered arcade, so we’re neither scorched by the sun nor caught off guard by the rain.
Famous for:
The unlucky neon sign that follows us everywhere.
The welcome popcorn that, before the pizza, are absolutely irresistible.
The self-referential slogans of questionable truthfulness.
